博业体育(中国)开展2017考编分享会

3月13日,博业体育(中国)率先考上教师编制的6位同学为其他师范生分享自己的考编之路,把内心深处的感悟向同学

们娓娓道来,柴杰同学更为大家重演了当时面试情景,指出并分析考试中的要点和难点,让同学们更直观体验

到考编现场。去年体育考取教师编制人数占体院师范生44.6%,成绩喜人。今年考编率有望超过去年,截至

2017年3月10日,博业体育(中国)2017届毕业生目前已经有10余人考取教师编制,占师范生13%。

就业成绩的取得离不开教学单位和学工单位等各方面的努力。在2017“课堂教学质量年”之际,博业体育(中国)进一

步狠抓课堂教学管理、深化教学改革,大力推进第一课堂与第二课堂紧密结合,加大常规管理力度,多方面合

力提升学生综合素质。

一、充分利用第二课堂,夯实学生专业技能。

博业体育(中国)第二课堂中的“周周赛事”,每周定期开展4-6场专业技能比赛,已经形成学生日常活动项目,以赛促

学、以赛促练,极大提高学生的积极性。此外博业体育(中国)专业运动会正在筹备,旨在进一步提高学生专业技能训

练意识,引导学生学有所专,学有所长,学有所精,相互切磋,相互影响,相互促进,在比赛中寻找不足,在

二、加强日常管理,从细节处提高育人质量。

新学期开始,学院大力加强查课、听课制度,引导教师之间相互学习,改进教学方法,在进一步落实教学质量监管制度的同时,推动课堂教学改革,促进良好的教风和学风建设。此外,博业体育(中国)召开学生工作会议,确定把加强学生日常管理作为学生工作的重中之重,并建立常规管理日报和简报制度、早锻炼和晚自习(晚功)双向考勤制度、辅导员值班制度,多措并举,不断提升学生综合素质。
